Craig J. Barber Photographic Workshops
My experience as a teacher has taught me that students prefer to learn new techniques in small
groups where ample attention is given and recieved. When a question is raised, they want an immediate response
instead of waiting in line for the teacher's attention. They want an atmosphere that is relaxed and the emphasis
is hands on. This is exactly what you will recieve in my workshops.
The workshops will be small and semi-private, held at my Woodstock studio (3-4 students max). Generally,
most workshops will run for three days. The following workshops will be offered throughout the year. Please

Testimonials:
Danielle Pollard, B & W Workshop Student, International Center for Photography: "...thank you for your endless efforts to assist me during the course of the workshop.
I learned a tremendous amount and came out of the experience confident and eager to learn more. It is nice to have
a teacher who cares so much for his students."
Robert J Monson, Associate Professor Columbia University, New York, NY, Platinum / Palladium Printing
Workshop, Center for Photography at Woodstock: "...I have taken photography courses at many workshops and
Craig's course was outstanding. His instructional methods were highly effective. He modelled the process for us,
immersed us immediately in using the process, and provided guided practice until we were comfortable 'going it alone.'
I truly learned a great deal over the course!"
